Description : *Job Title : Relationship Manager *CTC : Up to 4 LPA *Location : Chennai, Tamil Nadu *Product : Samriddhi Loan (Home Loan and Loan Against Property) *Key Responsibilities*: - Source home loan and LAP leads through DSA and open market channels. - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a high level of service. - Guide customers through the loan application process and assist with documentation. - Achieve sales targets for home loan and LAP products. - Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure timely disbursements. *Requirements*: - Minimum 1 year of experience in home loan or LAP sales. - Strong network in the DSA and open market channels. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
